Fragkiskos Xydous has nearly two decades of experience in maritime and commercial law, providing both legal advice and representation before the Greek courts. His practice focuses primarily on maritime and seafarers’ claims, ship sale and purchase transactions, and commercial law matters. He advises mutual insurance associations (P&I Clubs) and shipping companies on maritime employment law. He has also served as in-house legal counsel to a shipping company.

He holds a law degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an LL.M. in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. He has been a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 2008 and is also a member of the Hellenic Maritime Law Association and an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
